An ideal base for enjoying the many suprises that fascinating Dalyan has to offer all ages and energy levels, including a 6km long unspoilt beach with turtles, ancient ruins, mud baths, diving, fishing, mountain biking/climbing, walking, flying and golf just a 25 minute drive away (transfers & green fees can be arranged through Oruc Exclusive). Bedrooms/sleeping arrangements:

There are 3 double bedrooms and 1 twin room all with luxury en-suite facilities & hairdryers. There are two king-sized bedrooms and two twin bedrooms all with stunning views.
In addition we can offer sofa beds in both of the lounges to accommodate four more guests if required.

Lounges/Kitchens/Balcony:

There are two `living’ areas with feature fireplaces one on each level. Each has a fully equipped kitchen with all the modern appliances required (cooker, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, toaster) etc.
All crockery, pans, cutlery, glasses (plastic for around the pool and for children) are provided together with ample indoor and outdoor dining tables for 8. The kitchen units are made of solid local wood and are complimented with black granite worktops and all floors are marble with traditional rugs. There is also comfortable sofas on each level, with a TV/DVD. A large first floor balcony with comfortable seating is the ideal place to start the day or to chill-out with a drink on an evening with an open aspect of the floodlit lycean rock tombs, mountains and over the garden.
All indoor rooms are air conditioned/heated and the windows are double glazed with mosquito nets fitted.

The villa is fitted with a security alarm system and integrated sound system on both floors.

Outdoor pool area:

The fantastic outdoor “living” area gives an ideal setting to enjoy the super Turkish climate. Exiting from the ground floor lounge or bedrooms the marble terrace greets you with its cushioned sun loungers, shower and barbecue. To the side of the pool is a traditional shaded Turkish kosk raised cushioned seating area with a bar for the essential cool drinks.
The large pool also has an adjoining round shallow children's pool which is also a “jacuzzi”. There is also a lawned space for games and playing, a children's treehouse/climbing frame and of course palm trees.
